LTC®1662 是一款超低功率、全缓冲电压输出、双通道 10 位数模转换器 (DAC)。每个 DAC 通道仅吸收 1.7μA (典型值) 的总电源 + 基准工作电流,然而却能够提供超过 1mA 的 DC 输出电流,并可靠地驱动高达 1000pF 的容性负载。一种可编程睡眠模式进一步把总工作电流减小至 0.05μA。

凌力尔特公司专有的本质单调架构提供了超卓的线性度,并实现了异常小巧的外部形状。双缓冲输入逻辑电路提供了同时更新能力,并可用于执行至 DAC 的写操作,而不会中断睡眠模式。

凭借其微小的工作电流和异常纤巧的外形尺寸,LTC1662 非常适用于大多数功率受限的产品。对于大部分设计而言,它对功率预算没有明显的影响;LTC1662 的吸收电流甚至比一个可变电阻还要低好多倍,同时提供了缓冲的低阻抗 (典型值为 0.5Ω,VCC= 5V) 轨至轨输出。

LTC1662 与 LTC1661 双通道、60μA、10 位 DAC 是引脚和软件兼容的。该器件采用 8 引脚 MSOP 封装和 PDIP 封装,并具有规定的工业温度范围。
