description

The LTC®2630 is a family of 12-, 10-, and 8-bit output DACs in a 6-pin SC70 package with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. It has a built-in rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed to be monotonous. The LTC2630-L has a 2.5V full-scale output and is available from a 2.7V to 5.5V single-operating supply. The LTC2630-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V single-operating supply. Each DAC can also operate in a mode that uses the power supply as a reference, which sets the full-scale output to the supply voltage. The devices feature a simple SPI/MICROWIRETM-compatible three-wire serial interface that operates at clock frequencies up to 50MHz. LTC2630 Includes a power-on reset circuit. Provides the option to reset to zero or to intermediate scale after power-up.
