The LTC®2632 is a dual-channel 12-, 10-, and 8-bit voltage output DAC family with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference in an 8-pin TSOT-23 package. It has a built-in rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed to have a monotonic character. The LTC2632-L has a 2.5V full-scale output and operates from a single operating supply from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LTC2632-H has a 4.096V full-scale output and operates from a single operating supply from 4.5V to 5.5V. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference that is responsible for setting the DAC's full-scale output to an external reference. These DACs communicate via a simple SPI / MICROWIRE compatible three-wire serial interface that operates at clock frequencies up to 50MHz. LTC2632 has a built-in power-on reset circuit. Provides the option to reset to zero or to intermediate scale in internal datum mode or to intermediate scale in external datum mode after power-up.
