LTC^®The 2634 is a family of 4-channel 12-, 10-, and 8-bit voltage output DACs featuring an integrated, high accuracy, low drift 10ppm/ºC reference in 16-pin QFN and 10-pin MSOP packages. It has a built-in rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2634-L has a 2.5V full-scale output and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The LTC2634-H has a 4.096V full-scale output and operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference that sets the full-scale output as an external reference.

THESE DCs communicate through an spi/microwire-compatible 3-WIRE SERIAL INTERFACE THAT OPERATES AT CLOCK FREQUENCIES UP TO 50MHz. Devices in the QFN package provide serial data output (SDO), hardware clearance (CLR) and asynchronous DAC updates (LDAC) ability. The LTC2634 contains a power-on reset circuit. Options are provided to reset to zero scale in internal reference mode or reset to intermediate scale after power-up, or reset to midscale in external reference mode.
