description

The LTC®2634 is a family of 4-channel 12-, 10-, and 8-bit voltage output DACs with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift 10ppm/ºC reference in 16-pin QFN and 10-pin MSOP packages. It has a built-in rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed to be monotonous. The LTC2634-L has a 2.5V full-scale output and operates from a single operating supply from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LTC2634-H has a 4.096V full-scale output and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V single-operating supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference that is responsible for setting the full-scale output to an external reference.

These DACs communicate via an SPI / MICROWIRE compatible three-wire serial interface that operates at clock frequencies up to 50MHz. Devices in QFN packages provide serial data output (SDO), hardware purge (CLR), and asynchronous DAC update (LDAC) capabilities. LTC2634 has a built-in power-on reset circuit. Provides the option to reset to zero or to intermediate scale in internal datum mode or to intermediate scale in external datum mode after power-up.
