• description

  The LTC®2640 is a family of 12-, 10-, and 8-bit voltage output DACs in an 8-pin TSOT-23 package with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. It has a built-in rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed to be monotonous. The LTC2640-L has a 2.5V full-scale output and operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single-operating supply. The LTC2640-H has a 4.096V full-scale output and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V single-operating supply. A 10ppm/°C reference output is provided on the REF pin. Each DAC is capable of operating in an external reference mode, where a voltage supplied to the REF pin is responsible for setting the full-scale output. LTC2640 DAC features an SPI/MICROWIRETM-compatible three-wire serial interface that operates at clock frequencies up to 50MHz. LTC2640 Includes a power-on reset circuit. Provides the option to reset to zero scale or to intermediate scale after power-up.
