LTC^®The 2751 is a family of 12-, 14-, and 16-bit multiply-input, current-output DACs. They operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. All devices are guaranteed monotonicity over temperature. Without any regulation, the LTC2751A-16 provides 16-bit performance (±1LSB INL and DNL) over temperature. These SoftSpan DACs offer six output ranges (2 unipolar and 4 bipolar) that can be set through the parallel interface or pin strapping to operate within one output range.

These devices employ a bidirectional input/output parallel interface, enabling readback of any on-chip registers. A power-up circuit resets the DAC output to 0V at initial power-up.CLRA logic low on the pin will asynchronously clear the DAC to 0V over any output range.

These devices are available in commercial and industrial temperature range specifications.
