LTC®The 3707 is a high performance dual step-down switching regulator controller that drives N-channel synchronized power MOSFET stages. Its Nickelode-frequency current mode structure allows frequency regulation to 300kHz. By making two controllers; Output runs out of phase at full stage, minimizing power loss and noise caused by ESR of the input capacitor.

OPT1 - LOOP compensation is allowed in; A wide range of output capacitance and ESR values optimizes transient response. Good 0.8V precision reference and power supply; output indicates that the engineering department is compatible with future microprocessors and has a wide input of 3.5V to 30V; The range of power supply can be adapted to various chemical batteries.

Each controller has a RUN/SS loss of MOSFETs; Output returns the dropout voltage protection circuit to lock the bottom of the MOSFET up to VOUTUntil the normal state is returned. Bayern
