The package includes a switch controller and powerFET, inductors and all supporting components.LTM4613The operating input voltage range is 5Vreach36V, can support one3.3Vreach15Voutput voltage range(It is set by a single external resistor)。 Designs can be completed with only high-capacity input and output capacitors.

The high switching frequency and an adaptive on-time current-mode architecture enable fast transient response to voltage and load changes without sacrificing stability.

The built-in input filter and noise cancellation circuitry enable low-noise coupling, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference(EMI) ── See figure7。 In addition, it is possible to make the DC/DC μModule®The regulator is synchronized with an external clock to reduce unnecessary frequency harmonics and allow executionPolyPhase®operation for high load current.
