  LTM^®The 8020 is a complete 200mA, DC/DC step-down power supply. The switch controller, power switch, inductor, and all supporting components are included in the package. The LTM8020 operates from an input voltage range of 4V to 36V and supports an output voltage range of 1.25V to 5V set by a single resistor. Only high-capacity capacitors are required to achieve a complete design. The LTM8020 meets the radiated emission requirements of EN55022. Standard filters can be added to meet conducted emission requirements.

  The low profile (only 2.32mm high) tiny package allows unused space on the bottom of the pc board to be utilized for high-density point-of-load regulation.

  The LTM8020 is available in a thermally enhanced compact (6.25mm x 6.25mm), low profile (only 2.32mm height) molded resin pad grid array (LGA) package for automated assembly with standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8020 is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
