  LTM^®The 8029 is a 36V with 5μA quiescent current_IN, 600mA step-down μModule^® Converter. The device is an adjustable frequency step-down switching regulator that consumes only 5μA of quiescent current. The LTM8029 can accept up to 36V_INand can operate at low input voltages with its off-time jump capability. Burst Mode operation maintains high efficiency at low output currents and rejects output ripple to very low levels. The RUN pin has an accurate threshold and a shutdown current of 0.9μA. When V_OUTWhen 90% of its programmed output voltage is reached, a power good flag signals it.

  The LTM8029 is available in a thermally enhanced compact (11.25mmx6.25mm), low profile (only 3.42mm height) molded resin ball grid array (BGA) package for automated assembly with standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8029 is RoHS compliant.
