description

The LTM®8048 is an isolated flyback μModule DC/DC converter with an LDO rear regulator. LTM8048 has a 725VDC rated isolation voltage. The package includes a switch controller, power switch, transformer, and all supporting components. The LTM8048 can operate from an input voltage range of 3.1V to 32V and supports an output voltage range of 2.5V to 13V (set by a single resistor). In addition, a linear rear regulator with an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 12V (set by a single resistor) is also integrated. Complete designs are achieved with only output, input, and bypass capacitors. Additional components can be employed to control soft-start control and bias.

LTM8048 Available in a thermally enhanced, compact (11.25mm x 9mm x 4.92mm) molded resin grid array (BGA) package suitable for automated assembly using standard surface mount equipment. LTM8048 RoHS compliant.
