  LTM^®The 8062/LTM8062A is a complete 32V_IN、2A μModule^®Power tracking battery charger. The LTM8062/LTM8062A provide a constant-current/constant-voltage charging feature, a maximum charge current of 2A, and a 3.3V float voltage feedback reference, allowing a resistor divider to set the desired battery float voltage up to 14.4V (LTM8062) and 18.8V (LTM8062A).
  
  The LTM8062/LTM8062A use an input voltage regulation loop that reduces charge current when the input voltage drops below a programmed level set by a resistor divider. When a solar panel is used to power the LTM8062/LTM8062A, this input regulation loop is used to maintain the panel at peak output power. In addition, the LTM8062/LTM8062A feature pre-check trickle charging, dead battery detection, end-of-charge scheme selection and automatic restart.
  
  The LTM8062/LTM8062A are available in a thermally enhanced compact (9mm x 15mm x 4.32mm) molded resin pad grid array (LGA) package for automated assembly with standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8062/LTM8062A are RoHS compliant.
