The LTM®9001 is an integrated system-in-package (SiP) device that includes a high-speed 16-bit A/D converter, matching network, antialiasing filter, and a low-noise, differential amplifier with fixed gain. It is designed for digitizing signals with a wide dynamic range of up to 300MHz intermediate frequency (IF) range. Amplifiers are available with AC or DC coupled input drives. A low-pass or bandpass filter network with different bandwidths can be implemented. For information on semi-custom configurations, please contact Linear (see Table 1).

The LTM9001 is ideal for IF receivers in demanding communications applications, with AC performance including a 78dBFS noise layer at 5MHz and 87dB parasitic dynamic range (SFDR) (LTM9001-GA).

The digital output is single-ended CMOS. A separate output supply allows the CMOS output swing to vary from 0.5V to 3.3V.

An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer achieves high performance at full speed and multiple clock duty cycles
