在M221 - L是一个双向，单刀单掷，常开在4多用途微型固态继电器引脚小外型封装。 它是用来取代通用开关应用中的机电继电器。 继电器由一个集成驱动器电路，两个坚固的源到源增强型的DMOS晶体管 - 光耦合到一个发光二极管。 输出MOS晶体管的保护与续流二极管，可处理高达浪涌电流5A，使得用于开关灯继电器和高度感性负载的理想选择。
