The M261 is a bidirectional, single-pole single-throw, normally open solid-state relay. It offers low on-resistance and load current ratings in an ultra-compact 4-pin SOP package. The relay is optocoupled to an IC by an infrared LED, driving two back-to-back DMOS transistor enhancements of gallium arsenide. Features: Low on-resistance (maximum 1 ohm), high load current (400mA), input control low power consumption (typical value of 2.5mA), miniature 4-pin SOP package, high input-to-output isolation (1.5kV min), solid-state reliability, RoHS / lead-free/REACH compliance, telecom switching, prompt/loop control, PCMCIA module, multiplexer, meter reading system, data acquisition, medical devices, battery monitoring, home/safety assurance system
