The MAX4014/MAX4017/MAX4019/MAX4022 are accurate with a closed-loop gain of +2 (or -1) buffersHigh conversion rate, high output current drivers, and low differential gain and phase errors. Single-supply device operation from 3.15 to five to +11 V or dual supplies ± 1.575V to ±5.5V. The input voltage range and output swing rail-to-rail beyond the negative rail rail.

These devices require a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz and a slew rate of 600V/μs of only 5.5 mA quiescent supply current. In addition, the MAX4019 features a disable function that reduces supply current by 400μA. The input voltage noise of these components is only 10nV/√Hz, and the input current noise is only 1.3pA/√Hz. This buffer family of low-power/low-voltage applications that require high bandwidth, such as video, communications, instrumentation systems, is ideal. For space-sensitive applications, the MAX4014 is available in a tiny 5-pin SOT23 package.
