MAX4214 It has a high slew rate, high output current driver

At MAX4214/MAX4215/MAX4217/MAX4219/MAX4222 accuracy, closed-loop gain of +2 (or -1) with high slew rate, high output current driver, and buffer with low differential gain and phase error. They are powered with a single 3.15V to 11V supply or ±1.575V±5.5V dual supply. The input common mode voltage range exceeds 100mV for a negative power rail, rail-to-rail output swing.

These devices achieve a -3dB bandwidth of 230MHz and a 600V/μs slew rate of only 5.5 millimeters of quiet state supply current. In addition, the MAX4215/MAX4219 has a disable function that reduces the supply current by 400μA to the buffer. The input voltage noise is only 10nV per hertz and the input current noise is only 1.3pA per hertz. This buffer home is ideal for low-power/low-voltage applications that require wide bandwidth, such as video, communications, instrumentation systems. For space-sensitive applications, MAX4214 is a small 5-pin SOT23 package.
