MAX4350 

Ultra-compact, low-cost, 210MHz, dual-supply rail-to-rail output op-amp

description

MAX4350 single- and MAX4351 dual op amp unit-gain-stable equipment, combined with high-speed rail-to-rail output performance. Both devices are powered by dual ± 5V supplies. The common-mode input voltage range is extended to the negative rail.

MAX4350/MAX4351 requirements, it achieves a bandwidth of 210MHz-3dB and a slew rate of 485V/μs with only 6.9 mA per operational amplifier from a static power supply. These two devices are low-power systems that require a wide range of bandwidths, such as video, communications, instrumentation, and excellent solutions.

A space-saving 8-pin SOT23 package is available in MAX4350 and MAX4351 in an ultra-small 5-pin SC70 package.
