MAX4352

Low-cost, +3 V/+5 V620μA, 200MHz, single-supply, rail-to-rail output op amp

description

A single MAX4452/MAX4352, MAX4453/MAX4353 dual, and MAX4454/MAX4354 quad amplifiers combine high-speed performance with ultra-low power consumption. MAX4452/MAX4453/MAX4454 is a unity gain stable and achieved -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz compared to +5 V/V for MAX4352/MAX4353/MAX4354, with minimal closed-loop gain compensation, achieving a -3dB bandwidth of 80MHz. The supply current per amplifier, these devices consume only 620μA.

These amplifiers operate from a single supply of +2.7 V to +5.25 V and have rail-to-rail outputs. With a good speed/power ratio of 323MHz/mA, these devices have a slew rate of 95V/μs and a fast rise and fall time of 20ns. These devices require wide bandwidth, such as cell phones and keyless entry systems, ideal for low-power/low-voltage systems.

MAX4452/MAX4352 are small 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages, while MAX4453/MAX4353 are slim 8-pin SOT23 low-profile SOT23, SO packages. MAX4454/MAX4354 are available in space-saving 14-pin TSSOP and SO packages.
