MAX4383 Ultra-small, low-cost, 210MHz, single-supply, rail-to-rail output and disabled op-amp

description

The op-amp MAX4380-MAX4384 combines high-speed performance with a stable unit gain device, rail-to-rail output, and high impedance disable mode. The devices operate from a single +4.5 V to +11 V supply or ± 2.25 V ± 5.5 V dual supply. The common mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative supply rail (ground in single-supply applications).

MAX4380-MAX4384 requires simultaneous 210MHz-3dB bandwidth, 0.1dB gain flatness of 55MHz, and 485V/μs slew rate of only 5.5 mA per operational amplifier from a static supply. These devices are excellent solutions for low-power/low-voltage systems that require wide bandwidth, such as video, communication, instrumentation, and more.

The disabled MAX4380 is in an ultra-small 6-pin SC70 package.
