Low-cost, 230MHz single/quad op amp with rail-to-rail output and ± 15kV ESD protection

description

MAX4385E/MAX4386E op amps are unity-gain-stable, combined high-speed performance devices with rail-to-rail outputs ± 15kV ESD protection. The inputs or outputs of these devices are highly targeted to the outside world applications, such as video and communication, and are compliant with international ESD standards: with ± 15kV IEC 1000-4-2 air gap discharge, ± 8kV IEC 1000-4-2 contact discharge and ± 15kV manikin.

MAX4385E/MAX4386E operation extends from a single 5V supply common-mode input voltage range beyond V EE. At MAX4385E/MAX4386E, each amplifier consumes only 5.5 mA of quiescent supply current, while achieving -3dB bandwidth of 1 230MHz, 0.1dB gain flatness of 30MHz, and slew rate of 450V/μs.
