MAX4390 Ultra-small, low-cost, 85MHz rail-to-rail output and disabled op-amp
Operational amps MAX4389/MAX4390/MAX4392-MAX4396 family, unity gain stabilized devices combine high-speed performance, rail-to-rail output, and disable mode. For these devices, such as video and communication applications, inputs or outputs come into contact with the outside world.
MAX4389/MAX4390/MAX4392-MAX4396 deals in single or dual ± from 4.5V to 11V single or dual 2.25V ± 5.5V supplies. The common-mode input voltage range extends to the negative rail (ground in single-supply applications). MAX4389/MAX4390/MAX4392-MAX4396 consumes only 5.5 mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier while achieving a bandwidth of -3dB at 1 85MHz, a gain flatness of 0.1dB at 27MHz, and a slew rate of 500V/μs. The disabled mode sets the output to high impedance while consuming only 450μA.
Includes disable functions single MAX4389, MAX4393 double, MAX4394 triple, MAX4396 four. MAX4389 and MAX4390 are available in an ultra-small, 6-pin SC70 package.
