MAX4418Low-power, +3 V / +5 V, 400MHz single-rail-to-rail output operational amplifier

description

MAX4414-MAX4419 op amps combine high-speed performance, low distortion, and ultra-low supply current. Consuming only 1.6 mA of supply current per amplifier, these devices operate from a single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supply with rail-to-rail outputs, exhibiting common-mode input voltages ranging from 100mV below ground extending 1.5V positive rails.

MAX4414/MAX4416/MAX4418 single/dual/quad op amps are unity gain stability and 200V/μs slew rate to achieve -3dB bandwidth of 400MHz. Closed-loop gain compensation of +5 V/V or higher for MAX4415/MAX4417/MAX4419 single/dual/quad operational amplifiers and -3dB bandwidth of 1 150MHz with 470V/μs slew rate. The combination of high speed, ultra-low power consumption, and low distortion makes MAX4414-MAX4419 ideal for low-power/low-voltage, high-speed video, communications, instrumentation, and other portable systems.

The dual amplifiers MAX4414/MAX4415 single and MAX4416/MAX4417 are available in space-saving 8-pin μMAX® and SO packages, while the MAX4418/MAX4419 quad amplifiers are available in 14-pin TSSOP packages.
