The MAX4414-MAX4419 op amps combine high-speed performance, low distortion, and ultra-low supply current. Consuming just 1.6 mA of supply current per amplifier, these devices operate from a single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supply, with rail-to-rail outputs, and exhibit common-mode input voltages ranging from 100 mV below ground to extending the positive rail to 1.5 V below.

The MAX4414/MAX4416/MAX4418 single/dual/quad op amps are unity-gain stable and -3dB bandwidth with a slew rate of 200V/μs to 400MHz. The MAX4415/MAX4417/MAX4419 single/dual/quad op amps have closed-loop gain compensation of +5 V/V or higher and a -3dB bandwidth of 1 150MHz with a slew rate of 470V/μs. The combination of high speed, ultra-low power consumption, and low distortion makes the MAX4414-MAX4419 ideal for low-power/low-voltage, high-speed video, communications, and instrumentation such as portable systems.

The dual-amplifier MAX4414/MAX4415 single and MAX4416/MAX4417 are available in space-saving 8-pin μMAX® and SO packages, while the MAX4418/MAX4419 quad amplifiers are available in 14-pin TSSOP packages.
