The MAX4529 is a low-voltage T-typeswitchSwitch RF signals from DC to 300MHz and video signals in 50Ω and 75Ω system designs. This switch is built with a "T" configuration that ensures excellent frequency isolation from 10MHz to 80dB.

The MAX4529 can handle rail-to-rail in either directionmockSignal. is a flat on-resistance (70Ω max) (0.5Ω max) using a ±5V supply over the specified signal range. Shutdown leakage current is less than 1NA +25°C and +85°C 20nA

This CMOS switch can be operated with dual supplies ranging from ±2.7V to ±6V or a single supply between +2.7V and +12 five. All digital inputs have 0.8V/2.4V logic thresholds to ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when operating from a single ±V or +5 V supply.
