MAX6006-MAX6009 ultra-low-power parallel reference is ideal for critical space and low-power applications. 他们提供3引脚SOT23封装,并保证最低工作电流 该器件具有低温度系数为30ppm /°C和初始精度优于0.2%

At +1.25 V, +2.048 V, +2.5 V, 3V output voltage, MAX6009 MAX6006+1.25 V, +2.048 V, +2.5 V at +3.0 V references, respectively, at +1.25 V, +2.048 V, +2.5 V, respectively. The device can be used as a low-power, high-precision upgrade, ICL8069, LM385, LT1004, LM4040 reference. MAX6006-MAX6009 is available in two grades: A and B are Class A with a functional and initial accuracy of 0.2%, and an extended stage with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C over a temperature coefficient of 30ppm/°C. Class B has an initial accuracy of 0.5% and a temperature coefficient of 75ppm/°C. Upgraded plug-ins for the LT1004 and LM285 are available in MAX6006 8-pin SOIC packages in +1.25 V and +2.5 V MAX6008.
