Der MAX9515 ist ein ultrakleiner Videofilterverstärker in Standardauflösung, der mit 4 Bumps in einem 1 mm x 1 mm großen UCSP-Gehäuse™ verpackt ist und sich automatisch abschaltet.

Die automatische Abschaltschaltung macht eine Abschaltsteuerung überflüssig. Diese Funktion bietet ein intelligentes Energiemanagement, das Filter und Ausgangsverstärker deaktiviert, wenn kein Videoeingangssignal und/oder keine Videoausgangslast vorhanden ist. Das Gerät verbraucht beim Herunterfahren nur 5 μA.

Der MAX9515 verfügt über einen internen Rekonstruktionsfilter, der die Schritte glättet und Spitzen im Videosignal des Video-Digital-Analog-Wandlers (DAC) reduziert. Der Rekonstruktionsfilter hat typischerweise eine Durchlassbandflachheit von ±1 dB bei 9 MHz und dämpft typischerweise bei 50 dB bei 27 MHz.

Der Videoeingang des MAX9515 kann direkt an den DAC-Ausgang angeschlossen werden. Der MAX9515 hat eine interne Festverstärkung von 2 V/V und wird voraussichtlich 1 V betragen_{aus PP}Nominales Full-Scale-Videoeingangssignal. Der MAX9515 ist für +125 °C im Automobilbereich über den Temperaturbereich von -40 °C spezifiziert.
