MAX9541 

description

MAX9541/MAX9542 is a four-channel, 2:1 video multiplexer with input sync head clamp amplifier. These devices select two video sources between them and support up to 4 channels per source. MAX9541 standard-definition video signals with integrated low-pass filters such as composite and red, green, blue (RGB) are optimized. Filters typically have a ±1dB with 9.5MHz passband flatness and 47 dB attenuation at 27MHz. MAX9542 has a wider bandwidth of 15MHz because it does not have an integrated low-pass filter, it is suitable for not just standard definition video signals, but video graphics arrays (VGA), 640×480 resolution up to 85Hz refresh rate signals. The video signal is AC coupled to the input of MAX9541/MAX9542. Input the DC level inside the sync head clamp setting. The amplifier has a 2V/V gain and the output can be DC-coupled to a 75Ω load, which is equivalent to two video loads, or AC coupled to a 150Ω load. Simultaneously MAX9541/MAX9542 functionality with supply current reduced to 35μA low-power shutdown mode.
