MBC13916-1900EVK  Common source and common fenceamplifier

MBC13916 is a cost-effective, high-back-isolated, general-purpose RF amplifier manufactured with Freescale's advanced RF BiCMOS process for SiGe:C modules. It has excellent high-frequency gain and noise figure and is housed in a SOT-343R surface-mount package.
