MC10XS3435DHFK Four-channel high-side switches (dual 10 mohm and dual 35 miohm)
The 10XS3435 is one of the devices designed for low-voltage automotive lighting applications in a home. Its four low RDS(ON) MOSFETs (10 mOhm / Dual Dual 35 mOHM) can control four independent 55/28 W bulbs, and/or xenon modules and/or LEDs. Programming, control, and diagnostics via a 16-bit SPI interface. Its output with selectable conversion rate improves electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) behavior. In addition, each output has its own parallel input or SPI-controlled pulse width modulation (PWM) control. The 10XS3435 allows the user to program the SPI fault current trip level and the duration of the acceptable lamp surge. The output in device fail-safe mode provides functionality in the event of MCU damage.
