MC13821-1960EVK  Low-noise amplifier with bypass switch

MC13821 is a high-gain low-noise amplifier with a very low noise figure designed for cellular, GPS and ISM band applications. The integrated bypass switch includes saving input cut-offs. The inputs and outputs match the outside of the circuit to allow for maximum design flexibility.
