The MC13852 is a cost-effective, high IP3 and low noise figure low noise amplifier (LNA).This is a less frequently applied version of the MC13851.The integrated bypass switch includes high input interception performance in varying signal strength environments, improving dynamic range.On-chip bias circuitry provides low system cost.The inputs and outputs match the outside of the circuit to allow for maximum design flexibility.Using an external resistor to set the current of the device balances the required linearity with low current consumption.Gain > 1000 MHz application is optimized.The MC13852 is used in Freescale's advanced RF BiCMOS process in the manufacture of eSiGe:C modules and is available in a 2×2mm MLPD-8 lead-free package, providing a small, low-height, easy-to-to-soldering solution for applications with tight printed circuit board placementrequirements.
