MC13853-3B-EVK Three-band low-noise amplifier with bypass switch, selectable current
MC13853 has three low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), a QFN-16 package with SPI control and low noise figure, designed for 800-2400 MHz applications, including mobile. Integrated bypass switch to maintain input cut-offs. The inputs and outputs match the outside of the circuit to allow for maximum design flexibility. The operating current is SPI optional, LNA gain mode. MC13853 uses Freescale's advanced RF BiCMOS process in SiGe:C options and packages in QFN-16 lead-free packages. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Peculiarity-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RF Input Frequency: 800 MHz to 2400 MHz Tri-Band Each is designed for low, medium, and high band LNAs Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) Each LNA has the option to use the SPI command to set the current SPI selection of 8 possible current settings, bias stabilizer and temperature settings, QFN-16 lead-free package, low parasitic in POR, all with default, bypassing gain mode.
