MC15XS3400CHFK Four-channel high-side switch (four-way 15 mOhm)
The 15XS3400 is one of the devices designed for low-voltage automotive lighting applications in a home. Its four low RDS(ON) MOSFETs (four 15 mOhms) can control four independent 55 W/28 W bulbs, and/or xenon modules, and/or LEDs. Programming, control, and diagnostics via a 16-bit SPI interface. Its output with selectable conversion rate improves electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) behavior. In addition, each output has its own parallel input or SPI-controlled pulse width modulation (PWM) control. The 15XS3400 allows the user to program through the SPI fault current trip level and the duration of the acceptable lamp surge. The output in device fail-safe mode provides functionality in the event of MCU damage.
