MC33812Multifunctional ignition and injector drives

The 33812 is an engine control analog power supply IC used in motorcycles and other single/twin cylinder engine control applications. The IC includes an integrated low-side driver, a pre-driver, +5.0 V, voltage pre-regulator, MCU watchdog circuitry, ISO 9141 K-wire interface and parallel interface, MCU communication. The three low-side drives are supplied with fuel injectors, a light or LED, and a relay or other load. A pre-driver used to drive an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) or bipolar Darlington transistor to control the ignition coil.
