The 33926 is a monolithic circuit H-bridge power IC designed primarily for automotive electronic throttle control, but is suitable for any low voltage DC servo motor control application within current and voltage limits specified in this specification.
The 33926 is capable of controlling inductive loads with a peak current of 5.0 A.RMS current capability is the degree to which the supplied device package dissipates heat.Activating internal peak current limit (regulation), where the load current is greater than 6.5 A ± 1.5 A output load can be pulse width modulated (PWM-ED) at frequencies up to 20 kHz.The load current feedback function provides a proportional (0.24% of load current) output current suitable for monitoring the A/D input of a microcontroller.A status flag output reports undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature fault conditions.
Two independent inputs provide polarity control of the two half-bridge totem pole outputs.Two independent inhibition inputs force the H-bridge output to be tri-state (high-impedance shutdown state).An inverting input changes IN1 and IN2 input low = true logic.
