MC34933EPR2  Dual H-bridge drivers, charge pumps

The 34933 is a dual-channel H-bridge driver designed to be used in the digital camera market. There are many applications, including automatic focus control of lenses for digital cameras. The 34933 uses Freescale's patented SMOS8 bidirectional CMOS process to provide a low-power device with a maximum quiescent current of 100uA for motor drive power and 400UA for control logic power. The 34933 uses a VCC detection circuit to detect the shutdown state with a maximum current of 1uA when the logic power switch is switched to extend the life of the battery.
