MC35XS3500HFKR2 Smart Rear Corner Light Switch (35mΩ Five)
The 35XS3500 is designed for low-voltage automotive and industrial lighting applications. Its five low RDS(ON) MOSFETs (5 35 mOMs) can control the high side of five independent resistive loads (bulbs and LEDs). Programming, control and diagnostics are done via a 16-bit SPI interface (3.3 V or 5.0 V). Each output has its own pulse width modulation (PWM) control, via SPI. The 35XS3500 has highly sophisticated fault handling to provide a highly available output pattern. Multi-phase control and output edge shaping improve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) behavior. The35XS3500 is packaged in a power-enhanced 12×12mm nonleaded PQFN package with exposed tags.
