The MMA62xx series is a dual-axis member of Freescale's SPI-compatible accelerometer family. These devices feature digital signal processing capabilities that support filtering, tuning, and data formatting.
The MMA62xx series of biaxial (X and Y) silicon capacitive, micro-machined accelerometers feature fully digital signal processing for filtering, tuning, and data formatting, and their analog outputs are optimized for use as over-damped sensors.
