The MMA62xx family is a dual-axis member of Freescale's family of SPI-compatible accelerometers. These devices feature digital signal processing that supports filtering, trimming, and data formatting.
The MMA62xx series of dual-axis (X and Y) silicon capacitive, micromachined accelerometers feature fully digital signal processing with filtering, adjustment, and data formatting, and their analog outputs are optimized for use as overdamping sensors.
