MMG15241HT1 is a high dynamic range, low noise amplifier MMIC that lives in a SOT-89 standard plastic package. It is ideal for use in cellular, PCS, LTE, TD-SCDMA, W-CDMA base stations, wireless LAN networks, and other systems in the frequency range of 500 to 2800 MHz. With high OIP3 and low noise figure, it can be used as a driver amplifier for the second stage LNA in the transmit and receive chains.
