MPC17529EV 0.7 ohm (typical) dual H-bridge motor drive

MPC17529 is a monolithic double H-bridge, which is ideal for controlling bipolar stepper motors and brushed DC motors for portable electronic applications such as spotting camera lenses, shutters, optical drives and other head positioning. MPC17529 enable and three-state bridge control MCUs for 2.0V to 6.8 V dual H-bridge motor drivers via parallel interfaces (3 and 5 V compatible logic). The device features an on-board charge pump with built-in pass-through current protection and an undervoltage detector to avoid failure. This MPC17529 can drive a variety of different types of micro motors through parallel drives with low losses, as each segment has a very IC with 4 output control modes: forward, reverse, brake, tri-state (open), and a low on-resistance of 1.2 ohms (max).
