MPC17531ATEPR2   700 mAh dual H-bridge motor driver with 3.0 V compatible logic I/O

The 17531A is a monolithic dual H-bridge power IC ideal for portable electronic applications for bipolar stepper motors and/or DC brushed motors (e.g., head positioning for digital cameras and disk drives). The 17531A is available from 2.0 V to 8.6 V and uses an internal charge pump to independently control each H-bridge through a parallel MCU interface. The device has built-in pass-through current protection and undervoltage shutdown. 17531A has four operating modes: forward, reverse, braking, and tri-state (high impedance). The 17531A has a low total RDS(ON) of 1.2Ω (max @ 25°C). The 17531A effectively propels many types of micromotors with low power consumption due to its low output impedance and high output slew rate.
