MPC17533EVEL  0.7 ohm (typical) dual H-bridge motor drive

MPC17533 monolithic dual H-bridge ICs are ideal for portable electronic applications such as controlling stepper motors or brushed DC motors, camera lens shutters and optical drives. MPC17533 2.0? The enabling and three-state bridge control MCUs of the 6.8 V dual H-bridge motor driver are via a parallel interface (3 and 5 V compatible logic). ICs have built-in through-current protection and undervoltage detectors to avoid failures. The IC has 4 output control modes: forward, reverse, brake, triple state (on), and low on-resistance of 1.2 ohms (max). MPC17533 can drive a wide range of different types of micromotors with low losses through parallel drives, as each segment has a very efficient PWM control of high-speed drivers with frequencies up to 200 kHz and independent input/output circuitry. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Peculiarity-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Low RDS(ON) 0.7 > (typical) output current 700 milliamps (DC), 1.4 A (peak) through-current protection circuit PWM control input frequency 200 kHz requires external VG
