The MPxx4006 family (MPVZ4006G and MPXV4006G series) is the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensor. The sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processes to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
