MPVZ5004GW7U 0 to 3.92kPa integrated silicon pressuresensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

The MPxx5004 family (MPXV5004G and MPVZ5004G series) is the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensor. The sensor combines advanced micromachining, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processes to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the measured pressure.
