MPVZ5010GW7U 0 to 10kPa integrated silicon pressuresensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

The MPX5010/MPXV5010G/MP3V5010 series piezoresistive sensors are the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensors that can be used in a wide range of applications, especially microcontrollers or microprocessors with A/D inputs. Combining advanced micromachining technology, thin-film metallization and bipolar processes, the sensor provides an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
