MPX4115AS: -115 to 0kPa and 15 to 115kPa integrated silicon pressuresensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

 

The MPxx4115 family (MPX4115A/MPXA4115A, MPXAZ4115A, and MPXV4115V Series) integrates on-chip technology, bipolar op amp circuitry, and thin-film resistor networks to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. Freescale Semiconductor's small size and high reliability of on-chip integration make Freescale Semiconductor pressure sensors a reasonable, economical choice for system designers.

The MPxx4115 family is the latest monolithic, signal conditioning, silicon pressure sensor. Combining advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes, the sensors provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
