The MPX4200A has integrated pressuresensor
Freescale's MPX4200 Series Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensors are designed for turbocharged engine control to detect absolute pressure within the intake manifold. The measurement results can be used to calculate the amount of fuel required per cylinder. The MPX4200 series sensors integrate bipolar op amp circuitry and thin-film resistor networks on-chip to provide an amplified and temperature-compensated analog output signal. The high reliability and small form factor of on-chip integration make Freescale's MAP sensors a logical and economical choice for automotive system designers.
