MPX5700A Integrated pressuresensor

 
The MPX5700 series of piezoresistive sensors is the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensor that can be used in a wide range of applications, especially those using microcontrollers or microprocessors with A/D inputs. This patented single-element sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processes to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
